ECIL Recruitment 2023: Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) is looking for energetic, experienced, and result-oriented employees to fill the positions of Sr. Manager (HR and Law) and Dy. Manager (Technical and HR). Qualification for ECIL Recruitment 2023:

For the position of Sr. Manager (HR) :- The applicant must be a first-class graduate with an MBA/PG Degree/ 2 Yrs PG Diploma in HR/PMIR from an authorized college or institute. A law degree will be recommended.
Experience :- The applicant should have relevant executive experience in the field of HR/P&A in a reputable government/public sector undertaking or private enterprise.

For the position of Senior Manager (Law) :- The candidate must be a First-Class Graduate with a 3-year Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree or a 5-year integrated LLB degree. A master’s degree in law (LLM) is desirable.
Experience :- The applicant should have worked as a law officer in any government / state PSU / central PSU / other reputable corporate house/other established company.

For the position of Dy. Manager (HR) :- The applicant must be a first-class graduate with an MBA/PG Degree/ 2 year PG Diploma in HR/PMIR from a recognised university or institute. A law degree will be recommended.
Experience :- The applicant should have previous HR experience in a major, reputable organization.

First Class Engineering Graduate OR Engineering Post Graduate in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Communication /Electronics &Telecommunication. Applicants with an MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Management will have an edge.

ECIL Recruitment 2023 Salary:

According to the official notice of (ECIL) recruitment 2023, those selected for the above-mentioned jobs will be paid a monthly salary of up to Rs. 200000.
  • Sr. Manager- The successful applicant for the above-mentioned roles will be paid a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 70000 to Rs. 200000.
  • For Dy. Manager – the successful applicant would be paid a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 50000 to Rs. 160000.
