The Selection Procedure
Assistant Commandants are chosen using an all-India order of merit based on their performance in various levels of examination and the number of vacancies available. Clearance of Stages I, II, III, IV, and V is required for ICG recruiting. During the different phases of the test, all applicants will be subjected to biometric, picture identification, and document verification.
Fees for Examinations
Except for SC/ST applicants, the examination fee is Rs.250/-. The payment should be done online using net banking or via Visa/Master/Maestro/RuPay/Credit/Debit Card/UPI. Candidates should visit the Indian Coast Guard’s official website for further information.
