The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has officially released the AIIMS CRE 5 Admit Card 2026 for the upcoming Common Recruitment Examination-5. Candidates who have successfully registered for the exam can now download their hall tickets directly from the official web portal at aiimsexams.ac.in.
The admit cards were made available on 21st July 2026, and the computer-based examinations are strictly scheduled to be held from 25th to 27th July 2026. Candidates are highly advised to download and print their admit cards immediately to avoid any last-minute server issues.

Important Instructions for Exam Day
- Mandatory Documents: Candidates must carry a clear printout of the AIIMS CRE 5 Admit Card along with a valid original Photo ID (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Passport) to the exam center.
- Reporting Time: Please check your specific reporting time printed on the hall ticket and reach the venue at least 60 minutes prior to the gate closing time.
- Photograph: Carry two recent passport-size photographs (same as uploaded during registration) to paste on the attendance sheet.
How to Download AIIMS CRE 5 Admit Card 2026?
- Visit the official AIIMS examinations website at aiimsexams.ac.in.
- On the homepage, navigate to the “Recruitments” tab.
- Click on the link for “Common Recruitment Examination-5 (CRE-5) 2026”.
- You will be redirected to the applicant login page. Enter your Candidate ID, Password, and the displayed Captcha Code.
- Click on the ‘Login’ button.
- Your AIIMS CRE 5 Admit Card will appear on the screen. Verify all printed details (Name, Exam Center, Date, Shift).
- Download the PDF and take a high-quality printout for exam day.
