Single Online Exam – Officer Scale-II & III

For Scale-II General Banking Officer and Scale-III, the single examination contains Reasoning, Computer Knowledge, Financial Awareness, English/Hindi Language and Quantitative Aptitude & Data Interpretation. Specialist Officer examinations additionally include Professional Knowledge and have a total duration of 150 minutes.

Negative Marking

There is a penalty for wrong answers in the objective examinations. One-fourth (0.25) of the marks assigned to the question is deducted for each wrong answer. No penalty is imposed for a question left blank.

Interview for Officer Posts

The interview applies only to Officer Scale-I, Scale-II and Scale-III.

The interview carries 100 marks. The minimum qualifying marks will not be less than 40%, or 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates. For the Officers cadre, the relative weightage of Online Examination and Interview is 80:20.
